The villa settlement “Monastery III - Pamporovo“ is situated in the resort of Pamporovo, under one of its largest ski slopes. It is a logical continuation of the settlement “Monastery I – Pamporovo“. The Rhodope Mountains determines the character of this place of Paradise. It is situated at 1675 m. above the sea level. The terrain has a steep slope to the south–north (35 m. out of level). The urbanity model has been settled by terraced–like situation of three architectural spaces of medium height, connected by automated footpath. The main goal in the organization and orientation of the buildings is each apartment to have an open view to the mountains. An alternative way towards the settlement has been planned to the north. An open parking place for 14 vehicles will be built in the northern part of the complex. The parking place of “Monastery I - Pamporovo“ will be used if necessary. The settlement has a sports centre, situated in the basement of Building I. An attractive swimming pool has been planned as well as a sauna, Jacuzzi, showers and changing rooms. A small bar serves all the guests in the villa settlement. A piano bar keeps up all the guests’ spirits. Planting of inner spaces in combination with colourful compositions and an attractive rock-garden have been planned. The alley network has been developed into free picturesque shapes according to the lay of the terrain. A similar composition approach has been used in structuring the water spaces which are a combination between a swimming pool for adults and one for children situated like a cascade. Developing the living buildings and spaces, the designer has tried to reproduce the atmosphere of the old Bulgarian architecture. The characteristic of the period large terraces above the first floor, large eaves, shored up with wooden beams bay windows towards the street and the yard, high stone walls and steeples, wooden gates and parapets have been observed while building the settlement. The living buildings of many storeys are “broken up“ by different materials, roofs at different levels, breaking of the configuration, alternating battered and projected spaces, other architectural devices which give to the architectural composition multi planning characteristic of the old Bulgarian architecture. The structure intended for living consists of three large buildings. Apartments structured as two- or three–room apartments and maisonette type have been situated there. They are from 58 to 111 sq. m. Two maisonette type apartments of 112 sq.m. have been planned in Building I. Each apartment has a fireplace and a convector radiator. The facades will be furnished using white mineral based plaster shouldered with brown wooden elements. The socles of the first and sometimes the second floor will be finished with quality stone coating. The roofs will be covered with corrugated iron which looks like the old one–guttered tile. The woodwork will be reinforced. Ňhe parapets of the terraces will be wooden and 1.05 m. above the level of the floor under the detailed drawing of the designer. All wooden units will be worked out using modern incombustible ground coats and finishing coating. The security of the complex is in charge of the best guards and it is all the year round. All homes are offered at “turn key“. For Dinevi & Co the client is in first place.
